The Peter Orthwein pavilion was a project we constructed in partnership with Thor Industries. This 22,000 sq. ft. building was constructed using an American Buildings brand pre-engineered metal building with a block & brick veneer. This project also include an expansive asphalt paved area with electrical hookup used for the RV Open House. CDR also constructed the 21,400 sq. ft. Manufactured Housing Museum as well as a 36,000 sq. ft. event center to complete the full vision of the RV/MH hall of fame & Indiana event center.
